What’s the difference between aerobics, cardio, and strenth training exercises?

Are these the only forms of exercise out there? And what exactly are they? Swimming?Jogging?Tennis? Can I just do one of the three kinds of exercises or is it best to combine them for faster weight loss? And of course, include a good diet and eat from all the food groups. I would appreciate some inputs.

aerobics is cardio. u lose weight by doing it. strength exercises re exercises in gym with weights, u do not lose weight by doing it, u re supposed to gain muscles. but u will achieve it only if u re doing everything correctly. if u re just coming to gym and doing whatever with whatever weights u re wasting your time and u re not achieving anything

Cardio and Aerobics are the same thing. They are meant to raise your heart rate, and to burn fat calories. Treadmills, Ellipticals and aerobics classes are types of this.

Weight lifting helps replace the fat with muscle. You need a balanced workout to do this correctly.
